Refund Policy

Equity Simplified Premium is a digital subscription service. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Subscription Overview
Equity Simplified Premium is billed as an annual subscription at $99/year. Upon successful payment, you receive access to all premium features including the ISO Planner, RSU Calculator, and premium AMT Calculator modes.
Because access to premium features is granted upon purchase, we do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or no longer wish to use the service.
No Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds or credits for:
- Partial subscription periods
- Periods where you did not actively use the service
- Accidental purchases where premium access was already granted
- Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described prior to purchase
Exceptions We May Consider
We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a technical error.
- Unauthorized charges: If you believe your account was accessed and a subscription purchased without your authorization.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less the fees we incurred processing your original transaction, and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page. Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a subscription period.

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please contact us through our contact form with the following information:
- The email address associated with your account
- The date of purchase
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond to all refund requests ASAP
